ellicott city was killed yesterday while riding a motorcycle. this was on u.s. 40. we're told cecilia ann amato was a passenger on the bike and later died at shock trauma. the driver of the court did not suffer any injuries. an investigation is ongoing. >> to registered sex offender is accused of accusedwo girls. james mason picked jamesfour girls in dundalk last week. he then drove them to annapolis where he bought alcohol. he faces two cases for raping a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old. the trial of the man reportedly responsible for attacking a pit bull with a machete is expected to begin later today. he entered private property in northwest baltimore without permission and attacked a dog without permission. officials say he does have a history of mental illness. the pit bull is back with her family. doctor had to remove one of her eyes and a broken wrist. a grand jury has indicted a police officer in the deadly shooting of a marine. officer gahiji tshamba was indicted on first-degree murder. he's accused of firing 13 shots at tyrone brown. the indictment was announced yesterday. >> the
